Easy Treezy Cancellation & Address Change Policy

An order can be canceled by contacting customer service. A fee of $75 will be charged for any Christmas tree cancellation. A fee of $50 will be charged for any wreath, garland, decor kit, or accessory. This fee applies to each item.

Easy Treezy is unable to change shipping address once the order is placed within our warehouse for shipment.

Delivery Refusals will be charged a $75 fee for Christmas Trees and $50 for Décor kits, wreaths, and accessories.
